How do I sell my Croghan stock?

If your shares are held electronically, you’re ready to sell:

  • Contact a broker to sell the shares for you.
  • Sell through Computershare by calling 1.800.368.5948. Have your Computershare account info and other personal identifiers ready.
  • Call Croghan’s Investor Relations Officer for more information.

If your shares are held in paper stock certificates, you’ll need to convert the paper to electronic holdings first. See below for how to convert paper shares to electronic holdings.

To convert paper stock certificates to electronic (book entry) holdings:

  • Send a signed and dated letter to Computershare stating you’d like the shares converted to book entry format
  • All names appearing on the stock certificate(s) should sign the letter
  • You want to be able to track your request so you know it didn’t get lost in the mail. Send via Certified Mail or choose to ship UPS or FedEx to:

My loved one has passed away. How do I update the Croghan stock?

Contact Croghan’s Investor Relations Officer. A Death Certificate is always required, and additional paperwork may also be required (Court-issued Letters of Appointment, Trust papers if stock held in a Trust, etc.)

How do I add a beneficiary to my Croghan stock?

Contact Croghan’s Investor Relations Officer or Computershare to obtain a Beneficiary form. This form requires a Medallion Signature Guarantee Stamp.

How do I have my dividend paid via Direct Deposit?

Deposit your dividends to any bank in the USA at no charge. Call Croghan’s Investor Relations Officer or Computershare to obtain a Direct Deposit enrollment Form.

How do I enroll in Croghan’ Dividend Reinvestment Program (DRIP)?

Contact Croghan’s Investor Relations Officer or Computershare to obtain a DRIP form. Nominal fees apply for DRIP.

2024 Annual Report

Reflecting on 2024 at Croghan has been an interesting exercise. There have been ups and downs in areas critical to our business. Interest rates began the year elevated after the Fed increased rates dramatically in 2022 and 2023, followed with rates dropping 100bps at the end of 2024.
