Enroll

  • Enter required information and the PIN provided at account opening.
  • Select “Enroll.”

Create Your Access ID & Password

  • Access ID: At least 6 characters (no special characters or account numbers).
  • Password: 9–17 characters, including an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.

Complete Security Setup & Accept Terms

  • Follow prompts to confirm security details and accept the terms & conditions.
  • Once enrolled, you’ll also have access to Tele-Banc.

What features are available through Online and Mobile Banking?

Online and Mobile Banking offers access to account balances, transaction history, fund transfers, bill payments, view statements, complete person to person Zelle® payments. Within Mobile Banking you’re also able to complete mobile check deposits and manage your debit and credit cards with features like setting spending limits and deactivating lost or stolen cards.

How do I enroll in Bill Pay?

Log into Online Banking, select “Bill Payment” from the navigation toolbar, and click “Enroll.” After accepting the terms and conditions, you can add payees and schedule payments.

How do I use Mobile Deposit?

Within the Croghan Mobile Banking App, select the deposit option, photograph the front and back of your endorsed check, and submit it for deposit. Ensure your endorsement includes “For Mobile Deposit,” the current date, “Croghan Colonial Bank,” and your signature.

How can I set up account alerts?

Log into Online Banking, select “Alerts” from the navigation toolbar, and choose your preferred alert methods (email, text, or secure inbox). You can set alerts for various activities, including loan payments, security changes, and transaction postings.

How do I enroll in eStatements?

While logged into Online Banking, select “Profile,” scroll to the eStatements section, and click “Edit.” Complete the enrollment form to start receiving electronic statements.
