Is Online Banking changing?
There will be a new look and feel to Online Banking; however, you will continue to login via the button on our Croghan.bank homepage. If you have bookmarked the URL for our old Online Banking, you will need to update the link.
Why do I need to change my Online Banking password?
Our new online banking system has more robust security in place and requires passwords to meet the following requirements. A mixture of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and must be between 14-32 characters in length.
Along with enhanced security, our mobile banking app will allow easy sign-on with Face ID and Touch ID. You can also use a password vault to help manage your passwords.
Will there be a new Mobile Banking App?
Yes, if you’re an Apple User you will need to update your existing Mobile Banking App to the newest version. If you’re an Android user, you will need to uninstall the current app on your phone, open the app store, and download the new Croghan Mobile Banking app.
I'm having trouble with my Touch ID / Fingerprint ID.
Once you log in to online or mobile banking, click the person icon in the top navigation bar. From that menu, select banking services. You will find the Manage Biometrics tab, where you can update and enroll your biometrics settings.
