How does the upgrade affect security?
It improves it! You may not notice any particular security features, but the updated technology provides us with more safety controls on the system’s backend.
Is Online Banking changing?
There will be a new look and feel to Online Banking; however, you will continue to login via the button on our Croghan.bank homepage. If you have bookmarked the URL for our old Online Banking, you will need to update the link.
Why do I need to change my Online Banking password?
Our new online banking system has more robust security in place and requires passwords to meet the following requirements. A mixture of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and must be between 14-32 characters in length.
Along with enhanced security, our mobile banking app will allow easy sign-on with Face ID and Touch ID. You can also use a password vault to help manage your passwords.
Will there be a new Mobile Banking App?
Yes, you will need to uninstall the current app on your phone, open the app store, and download the new Croghan Mobile Banking app.
How do I connect to Quicken/Quickbooks?
When connecting to Quicken or QuickBooks for the first time in our new system, you may need to deactivate and reactivate your account in Intuit. Below are some helpful resource guides you can reference.
