In her role as a Commercial Administrative Assistant, Caitlyn helps serve clients’ day-to-day banking needs. Caitlyn’s background has strengthened her ability to manage multiple priorities and assist customers with account-related needs. She takes pride in providing responsive, personalized service and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

Caitlyn Ohneck earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in counseling from The University of Toledo and a master’s degree in counseling from Spring Arbor University. Completing her master’s degree while working full-time and participating in a part-time counseling internship is one of her proudest professional accomplishments.
