Brittney Breyman

Throughout her career, Brittney has built a reputation for operational excellence, leadership development, strategic planning, and customer-focused problem-solving. Prior to joining Croghan, she served as an Operations Manager, where she led large teams, improved productivity, and drove operational performance in a fast-paced environment. Her experience also includes serving as a Branch Manager and as a Strategic Business Consultant, helping organizations improve efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

Brittney earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Findlay and is passionate about helping others grow, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. She believes leadership is measured by the positive impact made on people and strives to lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability in every aspect of her work.

An active supporter of her community, Brittney has volunteered with organizations including the Cocoon Domestic Violence Shelter, the Lucas County Humane Society, and the Northwest Ohio Food Bank. She is committed to building meaningful partnerships and making a lasting difference both inside and outside the workplace.
