Wealth Advisor and Operations Coordinator
Tonya Coleman serves as Wealth Advisor & Operations Coordinator, working from Croghan’s Maumee and Fremont offices. In her role, she brings a well-rounded perspective to clients and the Wealth Management team, with experience on both the client-facing and operational sides of the business.
With 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tonya is committed to supporting clients and her team with care, accuracy, and a focus on adding value. Prior to her career in financial services, she worked for nine years at a small law firm, where she gained valuable experience with probate, estate, and trust-related matters. Tonya strives to serve clients and colleagues in ways that continually add value and help others succeed.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Administrative Services from the University of Toledo and is enrolled to begin Cannon Trust School I through Cannon Financial Institute in September 2026. She was also nominated by her peers for a Croghan Commendation Award during her first year with the bank.
Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering and giving back to her community, including meaningful service with Helping Hands of St. Louis during the holidays. She also enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets, being outdoors, lake life, group fitness classes, shopping, and dining out.
