Teresa Joseph

Teresa serves as the Residential Lending Manager, where she leads our Mortgage Department with over 30 years of industry experience. She began her career in residential construction lending and has since built a well-rounded background that includes mortgage origination, wholesale lending in both prime and subprime markets, as well as processing and underwriting. Teresa’s depth of knowledge and leadership make her an invaluable asset to our mortgage team.

A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Teresa holds a degree in Communications, which has further enhanced her ability to lead and connect with clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys traveling with her husband and their three children. She values the importance of slowing down and living intentionally, often reminding herself to practice the pause: when in doubt, pause; when angry, pause; when tired, pause; when stressed, pause. And when you pause, pray.
