Jim serves as the Mortgage Loan Originator for the Norwalk, Milan, Catawba, Monroeville, and North Fremont markets. With 19 years of experience in mortgage lending, Jim is dedicated to communicating clearly with his clients and helping them find the right product to meet their needs. Whether they are building or buying a new home, refinancing their current one, or purchasing a second home or investment property, Jim guides them through the entire process. His goal is always to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
Jim earned his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has taken educational classes in Fair Lending Practices and Identity Theft Protection. Jim has worked in the North Central Ohio region for his entire tenure of Mortgage Lending, helping countless clients achieve their dream of homeownership.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys playing softball and spending quality time with his family. He is married with four children, and his youngest recently left for college.
